The battery was faulty (after multiple charges from zero to fully charged, using two different chargers, the standby only time was between 10 and 12 hours in my phone. Woeful!) However the seller was exemplary in customer service, issued a refund immediately. Plus interesting back & forth chat showed that good 'ol Aussie spirit & service is still with us in occasional areas. Apparently these cheap batteries ($7.80) give no problem normally, so I have to take their word for it. Good seller. Ta.
