    Decided to leave the review til after I had given the supplement a fair trial as most need a few weeks if not months to show a marked difference and to be honest I am glad that I did. Bit of background first, I have a genuine medical problem with absorbing vitamins and minerals from my diet as an off shoot and need additional help so finding the right supplement is vitally important. This product does work! First started seeing an improvement in my hair, skin and nails about 7 weeks into the program and I took the daily tablet first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach with a glass of water - my choice and not advised by anyone.     Excellent for hair growth

    These tablets are great for hair growth! After a kidney transplant and anti rejection medication, my hair went very thin and almost stopped growing. After taking these for a week's it started growing really well again.

    A vital vitamin for all

    I have been using Biotin for many years due to thinning hair and flakey nails. Not only has my hair got thicker the hair has re-grown where I lost it through the menopause my nails are now rock solid and look amazing. I think it would benefit men in regards to hair loss. I've even got my friend on them now that can't believe the difference since she started them.
