Purchased a set of sidesteps for my Ford Territory, the ad said 12 instock. Paid the $299.25, got confirmation of payment and a delivery date, all very at this time. The next day I received an email saying that item was now out of stock, but we have an alternative for you at a cost of $2000. Imagine my surprise when the alternative for nearly 10× the amount is actually the same product. I will supply photos. I think they really should have honoured the price it was originally advertised at.

I subsequently was given a link to a video and this verified that I'd done the right thing. Delivery was prompt and the item is significantly cheaper than similar products.
