Excellent way as it was brand new verses the last order i did for this series
Well with it being a brandnew case, I was looking forward for this one as I had to Reorder this season again. Last season I ordered I saw I didn't have Disc 3 of Season 1 in it, and this new season 1 I ordered is in better so I am supper happy about that as you guys came thru for me.

a little on the cheesy side but a must for sot fans
I need to start by saying that the Sword of truth(SOT) by Terry Goodkind is one of my favorite fantasy novels series, so im a little picky. The TV show was a little on the cheesy side (i.e. Conan, Zena, or Hercules),at times the CG is overdone,and i really disliked the casting for Zed. However with that said it was nice to see these characters come alive in my living room. all in all i would give it a 7 out of ten, and still say that it is a must watch for fans of the SOT book series.I need to start by saying that the Sword of truth(SOT) by Terry Goodkind is one of my favorite fantasy novels series, so im a little picky. Wonderful fantasy series based on the Terri Goodkind books. Saw it when it came out but never the whole series. Well worth watching.

Different from the books but still very good.
I love the three main characters, the New Zealand scenery is splendid, the production values are very high and it keeps the spirit of Terry Goodkind's books. Bridgett Regan as Kahlan will simply steal your heart. Bruce Spence is a wonderful choice for Zedd. What do I dislike? I wish they had followed the books. The stories in the n=books were magnificent. Perhaps, the producers wanted to do a more episodic series rather than a mini-series type format. I bought the DVD because I couldn't find the series on my local TV. The people I bought from had the right price. If you're a fan of the Sword of Truth books by Terry Goodkind, give this series a chance.
