Have not used all the features available, but the phones work well in the shop of our small business. They have good range and the sound quality is good. My biggest complaint is that if you are on line 1 and line 2 rings, the conversation on line 1 is briefly interrupted. This was also an issue on the previous Panasonic set we used, which lasted about 8 or 9 years. So, if these last anywhere nearly as long they will be good phones

I really like Panasonic products, especially their cordless phones.This is a good but not great answering machine/phone.I found the cluster of keys to be too close to each other and very awkward.On the plus side the voice clarity is great, including the speakerphone.It's fairly stylish and the white background LCD's are nice. I'm very fussy and have come to expect a lot from Panasonic products. They didn't nail this design.I rate it 7/10.
