The battery received was not the same make as the one pictured. However, Stiga UK have confirmed that the one I received is a genuine Stiga replacement. It is fitted to my Stiga Tornado and works perfectly. It was delivered the very next day after ordering. I was kept informed of the delivery process. The price I paid inclusive of next day delivery was very good. In all, a genuine five star experience from this seller. Thank you.

Received it after 2 months of waiting, not due to seller, but evri post delivery, package battered but Flymo blade ok. Called the seller and paid them directly as I'd been previously refunded. Thank you for good communication.

Unfortunately the solenoid was very poorly packed and arrived broken. However the seller responded immediately to my request to resend and the replacement arrived intact (with some bubblewrap) and very quickly. Thank you. I have noticed some other buyers have commented on poor packaging and items arriving damaged, so this is clearly an issue that should be addressed, as it's all part of the service.
