      Quality Slicer

      I have not had a chance to use the slicer so what I can say at this point is that the slicer is heavy and well made. Very fine thickness adjustments are possible with this machine. The self sharpening blade is extremely sharp so I strongly suggest using cut resistant gloves (at least level 5) when removing and handling it. Buy a food grade lubricant to keep the moving parts running smoothly. Happy slicing!
