I have both the large Briner and this version, the Briner Jr. I will use the Briner Jr. much more often, as it is small enough to fit easily in my refrigerator and can accommodate a whole chicken. The moveable shelf ensures that you can keep the meat fully submerged in brine, whether you are soaking a few pieces or a whole bird or roast. It fits inside the large Briner, making storage convenient. The only down-side to the purchase is that shipping was expensive for what is a very lightweight product. In spite of that, I am glad I bought it and recommend it without reservation. It's a clever product that is very flexible.

I already had the full size Briner bucket, but found it was overkill most of the time. Especially since I had to remove a shelf in the fridge for it to fit. This is a much better size for most things you’ll brine. I used it for 2 turkey breasts this Thanksgiving. Great Product!

Only complaint is that it cost nearly as much as the unit to ship from the USA to Australia, but that’s not a product issue. Would have given a 5 if the plastic was of thicker grade. It’s functional but a little light on structure.

Great for making jerky!! All the meat is held under brine solution giving the meat maximum exposure. The bucket is wellmade and was shipped fast.
