If your torn between acoustic and electric guitars this may be the answer. It's not as good of an acoustic as my Taylor 514ce or as good as a electric as my Les Paul. It's just different, keeps me in tune with both acoustic and electric thought without switching guitars and for me going threw the 20 minute conversion. You do need a balanced A B switch and a acoustic amp with effects loop to get the full benefits. I know it can be plugged up un-balanced but you lose half your signal, not worth the money if you go un-balanced, falls short. I used Hot-Shot ab switch, fishman solo with BBE acoustimax one one channel and Line 6 pod on other channel, so A is a sweet acoustic and B is cool electric. Staying balanced from guitar to amp and effect loop unbalanced for effects. Works great.
Guitar very easy to play. Great low action and nice fast fretboard. You can get a good acoustic electric out of it and then also we can sound like a Les Paul or fender Strat. Also a very beautiful guitar and comes with a great guitar case.

I believe this is the highest quality and most versatile guitar on the market today. If you only have room for one guitar at a gig, and tou play several different styles if music, this guitar is an absolute must.

I have owned about a hundred guitars of most brands and styles. This is by far the best instrument of them all. The quality, finish, electronics, and overall workmanship is superior to anything I've ever played. It does not however, take the place of an electric ( Hendrix & SRV tunes sound weak)or a big bodied acoustic ( heavy strumming or picking lack the thump) but it is far more versatile than I had ever imagined. When I walk into my music room this is the guitar that I am drawn to.
My comments here refer only to this particular guitar. It was a 2005 model and had moderate fret ware, but the main problem was the scratchy (and sometimes very loud) volume pot. This problem made it unusable in a performance. But I would grab a new one in a heartbeat (and probably give it 5 stars)!
