I ordered 9.5" retractors because we needed them for a spine surgery mission. What I received was not what I ordered, and is not what is shown in the photo, despite contacting the seller beforehand to stress the importance of the order. I would avoid this seller if you expect to receive what you order. At this point, we will not have time to get the needed equipment before our departure for our mission.
