Performed well but only after I added an external power supply. Without this the power from a Sky box and a Humax Freesat receiver were not enough to make the unit operate despite what the instructions say. Good value but should be offered with a compatible external power supply accessory as in 90% of cases it probably won't work properly without one. Mini IR remote works well.

Bought this to replace a more expensive 3 port one which did not work particularly well. Worked well on 5 auxiliaries for a short time but the remote is very flimsy and only works occasionally, even with a change of battery. It still works manually but this defeats the object of buying a remote control. Like all this type of thing, it is the luck of the draw as to whether or not it will satisfy, because the item is expensive doesn't mean it is better than a cheap one.

Day 1. Plugged in my virgin box, worked great Plugged in my Chrome cast, worked fine. Plugged in my blu ray player, worked fine also. All is good. Day 2. The select feature no longer worked. Could not select any of the connected components. I did expect it to last longer than 24 hours. Cheap Chinese product. The saying ' You get what you pay for.' Is true in this case.
