Welding city should know better to secure the electrodes inside the box better, you can't let the contents slide back and forth 4" either way. You need to pack the ends or one end tighter and use more tape on the shipping box. Lucky no rods spilled out as both the rod box top and the shipping box failed. Just an FYI.
