    With a little extra work, got them to work!

    Appear to be of good quality and well made. Great price for pre pressed gears 15/37. At first the gears dropped right in, my only issue was when putting the gear box cover on. The pressed gear was not sliding into that fitted slot in the gear box cover was getting caught or stuck. It appeared to me as is the edges of that 15t pressed gear that fit in that cover slot were too flat or square and were catching on the edges of the groove on the cover. Put that gear in a vice upright, not damage the teeth. With a drill and a smooth grinding stone bit went around those flat edges and smoothed them over for just a little bit. Cleaned the gear grabbed the cover and surely it dropped right into the cover with no issues, wear of friction. Put it all back together, scooter runs great with no issues! ...

    Solid gears at a solid price

    For a person to do it yourself have the gear already pressed together made it' very easy as all shops wanted minimum 1/2 hour labor rate which meant like $40 just to press 2 gears together. The gears was as solid as the ones i took out. And price wise was as good as any i have seen anymore. Can i recommend it I really can't say as yet because I haven't tested it yet. Had a little trouble getting the transmission case cover back on. Different bolts in their correct location (they got mixed up one me. Same with the cvt cover so am a little concerned about going wot for just now. I see it beiing ok, but this is my mechanical fault. Will re-open and re-check everything in a few days.

    Tuning to gears is difficult

    So this set up is really meant for 180cc and up because the take off is still great but better hold speeds from 40 to 55mph at half throttle with a cdi and 32mm pwk flatside carb.

    14/37 final gear set

    Came in It was in excellent condition fits perfectly raised speed@ same rpm 8 mph also used 14 gram roller weights in the variator can now run 68-70 mph @7500 rpm
