Ich fand es sehr positiv, das der Umtausch der Ware von der Händler Seite aus sehr schnell und unkompliziert durchgeführt wurde. Ich hatte leider eine falsche Größe ausgewählt, weswegen ich das Produkt umtauschen musste. Der Support des Händlers war auch sehr gut. Es gab nämlich Lieferprobleme mit dem Paketzusteller. Ich kann den Anbieter auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Über die Hosen kann ich leider keine Aussage machen, denn obwohl schnell versandt wurde, ist nichts angekommen. Entweder freut sich nun ein Nachbar oder sogar der Hermes Zusteller darüber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer lief sehr freundlich und professionell, der Kaufpreis wurde mir unbürokratisch voll erstattet (hätte auch eine Neulieferung via DHL wählen dürfen). Zusammengefasst: Hermes als Logistiker wie so oft ganz schlecht, aber der Verkäufer tip top !
