    It was exactly as advertised although I did query how it would be delivered by Evri/Hermes as the supplier said it was in a carton 10cm x 10cm x 10cm. [It's 1 metre (100cm) long!!] Howeverit came wrapped and in none piece and I rate the carrier, product and supplier first class Thanks Mike

    Invaluable Spare

    With the amount of grit and limescale in tank fed water, wear on seals is inevitable, and they usually give up either at weekends or the evenings. The Viva Skylo system I installed is great quality, better than the original that came with cistern but this is a must have spare and is very easily replaced by any amateur DIYer, (as is the flusher syphon seal, which I also have as a spare). No need to spend a fortune on an out of hours plumber!
