Item has been discontinued for years and is inoperable. It’s a relic that in 2014 would have been a great item but Under Armor has discontinued its app platform “Record” which was used to support this device thus rendering everything in the box a bunch of paperweights.

I have purchased two of these scales (one for my home and one at my fiance's at the time). There are two issues. You cannot have a profile on two different scales. Poor design in my opinion since many people may want one in the gym and home. Secondly, both of these scales started having issues in October 2018. In all of the troubleshooting, it was obvious that Under Armour abandoned this product. There was very little information available online as all of the product pages have been had been removed from AU's website and all the support on their own website forums had stopped. Now those pages do not even exist. I guess if it isn't on the internet, it never existed. In any case, after the UA server's no longer communicated with the scale over wifi, the connection would always "fail to sync" resulting in a regular old dumb scale since the data went nowhere. Fast forward to 2020, I'm still using this dumb scale for quick body weight data but a few weeks ago, it just randomly switched from pounds to kilograms so now I use it less frequently as the conversion is too much before a cup of coffee. So today, as I am looking for a new scale to sync to MyFitnessPal, I decided to warn others to stay away from this product.Read full review

Scale and chest strap work fine. Wristband does not hold charge and has bad display, I can barely make out what it says. I will definitely have to purchase a new wristband. Overall not really complaining because this was still a good deal

No idea how people sell products without such an alarming warning as UA Record app disfunction service. Without it NO OTHER UA APP Supports this equipment. On top of that... UA Band doesn't power on. This will be returned soon.
