    CRC Does What It Claims

    I bought this intake cleaner mainly because it was recommended by "Scotty Kilmer" on his YouTube channel. I followed his instructions to the letter, and DID notice a slight increase in WOT performance. I could not verify how much carbon was cleaned out, don't have a "borescope". I realize that this "magic fix" in a can CANNOT replace a "walnut shell" blasting procedure, BUT some cleaning is better than nothing. Using the CRC in a NEW car on a regular (10 Kmile) basis, will probably eliminate the need for a PROFESSIONAL cleaning for the life of the engine!

    Check engine light came on

    I have a 2015 Silverado with at the time 42k miles on it when I tried this product. My truck drove just fine prior to using this stuff and after using it my check engine light came on and will not go off even after I delete it using my obd reader. It threw a code p0420 that states that the catalytic converter is not performing up to the threshold. Now what do I do CRC?

    Valve cleaner

    I bought mt 2014 Chev. Malibu used with 30,000 miles on the car. I knew that this service more than likely had never been done. After I completed the CRC cleaner treatment the car runs much better and smoother.

    Worked as advertised

    It worked as advertised and did an excellent job of cleaning my valves which were causing multiple misfires. I did have to use it twice and also put BG 44K GDI cleaner in my gas.
