If you like reading the bible then this movie is for you.
I'm a pastor of a United Methodist Church in West Virginia and we had been studying the Bible book of Daniel. So I thought it would be a good idea to buy this and show it at the end of our teaching of the real book. It explains in good detail the first 10 chapters right out of the bible. When you watch it you will notice Some famous people in roles throughout the flick. I loved it as did my church folks, and yes we have a license to broadcast to a large audience so no copyright infringement was caused. The overall movie is good the special effects are straight out of Hollywood, I mean they didn't skimp. The fiery furnace scene made chills run up my spine and my hair raise up, the handwriting on the wall scene was great also. I bought this movie because I love Jesus Christ and ... after seventy year of captivity
excellent movie showing Daniels life during the time of 4 kings. it shows what happens after the 70 of captivity, and who king sirus was and what he did for the people of israel.

DVD about Daniel from the Bible was very good. Someone that doesn't read the Bible, DVDS about Biblical characters can help them in reading about them in the Bible.

Good Historical reference to the Book of Daniel.
From a review standpoint this movie is very good with respect to some of the events in the book of Daniel. By that (some) I mean it fairly represents the first six chapters of the book but has noting to say about the last six chapters which involve Prophecy. I knew that when I ordered it. I intend to use it in our small group Bible Study starting shortly.
