Once I learned they send it to a third party authenticator(that Ebay pays for) to verify it is true to the listing I was impressed. It arrived carefully packaged to avoid being damaged in shipping. Lastly, the rope chain that I ordered from NuraGold was the perfect weight and diameter that they claimed when I purchased it. Very nice piece of jewelry and very satisfied with it.

Chain was new and exactly as ordered. Receipt is poor bc it is a generic receipt - does not list actual length, width and weight of the chain you ordered. I had to go online to retrieve all the info to check that I had actually received what I ordered. It was correct. The chain cost approx $200 yet I didn’t have to sign for it, nor was it sent USPS Priority. It was received safely. I would recommend this chain for a child or teenager. That was my reason for purchase. Very satisfied

This is a beautiful chain. I had to exchange it at no fault of the seller, I just decided I wanted a heavier weight chain. I would deal with this seller again in a heartbeat!
