The item wasn't even bubble wrapped just placed is an absolute ludicrous cardboard box made out of off cuts from other boxes and sent. This seller is not worthy of positive feedback but left positive as I did not want to wait for 7 days before I leave feedback. Item arrived a few days past estimated arrival date, but it got here. I contacted the seller and I received a prompt/polite reply to just be patient and my order will be there. We can't control the flow of AUS Post, so that's very reasonable. Repeat customer and I would order drill bits here again. No issues, the seller responds and I get what I order!
