My order was for a 1600mAh fast charge battery with tools for a Kindle and brand new stock, what I received was a 1420mAh, 2015 battery, no tools, no warranty, opened packaging and probably secondhand. The seller asked for pictures of the item to verify my claim which I did and then later told me to send it back to them. As I’m not prepared to do this I’ll cut my losses and never use them again and would advise others not to deal with them.

Photo of item is different to what was sent. No connection points on battery as what is shown in picture, and a totally different charging cable/plug also - misleading. Photos sent to seller of what was received, wanted me to post it back to them so could be looked into further. Obviously wasn't sent the item as depicted in the listing. Thankfully wasnt expensive, so didn't bother pursuing any further.
