The black plastic peg grommets aren't good for much - supposed to be able to fasten them to stay in hood after folding each side and sliding in but the pegs broke upon second closing of the hood.

I don’t know why businesses still utilize FedEx for shipping. They continue to destroy packages every time they deliver one to my home. Not occasionally. 100% of the time. This box was trashed. I assumed the hood would be as well but luckily it was not. FedEx is horrible!

Not quite as heavy as OE and the mounting screws go onto the same hard plastic as the hood and strip out easily compared to a softer neoprene on an OE. Otherwise a great value in comparison to a John Deere OE hood at over 3 times the price.

My JD GT 245 lawnmower hood was delivered in a timely manner and was in good shape. One thing I didn’t receive was the yellow and green side stripes for the hood. I contacted the seller, and he promised me he would send them, as they were on back order. I may have been let down before from other sellers, but this one came through and I received the stripes today. What a joy! I will definitely recommend Kumar Bros to all my friends😎💪
