    I'm very satisfied with the chair seat and the item/shipping costs, but the item did not ship within the 2 business days promised in the listing (it actually took 6 business days to get it to FedEx), and I had to contact the seller to find out the status. Better communication from the seller pertaining to the deviation from the promised "ships within 2 business days" would have made my purchase rating 5 stars across the board. Other than that, I can recommend this seller.

    Works good for the upper back, lower back and neck, not so much

    It works really well for the upper back, and to some extent on the legs. However, I have low back pain, and it doesn't really reach that no matter what selection I take. If you have upper back pain, it is really good. It doesn't do a good job (hardly anything) on the neck. Obviously, no calf muscle, but I really only bought it for the low back
