Very bad experience, I bought this item for my car and it was the wrong item cost over £100 so I sent it back for a refund as it wasn’t used and they said it wasn’t acceptable for a refund but it wasn’t touched, so I said that’s fine, so they where going to send it back to me so I could sell it to make my money back but they never and I bought the right item so I have spent over £200 for 1 car part

We do not accept parts back that have been damaged. Part was dirty, greasy and a retaining bracket was also missing. This was returned to you and tracking shows it was deliverfed to you last week.
