Very impressed with the package, especially all the included accessories (2x converter, UV filter, lens hood, tripod, cleaner kit, et al.) that can cost a lot of extra money to buy separately. This type of lens is not intended to be an all-purpose lens for everyday use, but to perform a specific duty for particular circumstances. Thus, to spend a lot of money for something that is seldom used would not be cost effective. I'm very satified with this package.
Good value, with lot of good and handy camerastuff in the package. Only one thing is not so good in this package and it's the front lens cap. This lens have no zoom, but work very well anyway. This package have lot of good stuff you need and the price are very good.

it's good bit on the heavy side but expected that definitely needs a handle or on tripod for steadier work as I'm a bit wobbly with my arthritis but as it's for my daughter she will manage it better than me
