    Very sorry to hear your feedback. Please initiate a damage claim on ebay. We are in the understanding that the item we sold to you was UNUSED at the time of dispatch, but happy to review the photo evidence and amend if it is our fault. The order was dispatched on 20 June and we only received one photo of one damage wheel taken from your car boot on 17 July. We require photos taken at the time you received the order, including all parts of the product and the packaging to substantiate the claim.

    Sadly item had not been delivered in 2 months possibly lost in transit. No fault of seller. Contacted seller and ebay, ebay said sorry no refund, seller just shrugged their shoulders leaving me at a loss.

    Hi 82katmad, I am really sorry you have not received your order. As per our communications via ebay, we had made numerous contact with Courier Please (tracking#quoted) on your behalf regarding the parcel but there was no result. We subsequently instructed ebay who managed our payment, to provide you the refund on Jan 17. Ebay responded "Based on the information provided, we'll close it and you won't be responsible for refunding the buyer". We have really tried our best in this situation.
