      i received a damaged part for my car. i told them i wanted it replaced and they blamed the manufacturer and offered me $10 off instead. after i told them again no i want it replaced they offered me $30 off to keep the damaged part. again i had to tell them no i want the correct undamaged part. they finally send me a return shipping label and i had to wait till they received the old one back until they shipped out the new part. i still have not received so dont know if its the same problem
