Gleichzeitig wird, ausgehend von der Vermutung, private Betriebe koennten effizienter als rein oeffentliche arbeiten, eine Effizienzsteigerung angestrebt. Da jedoch die Handlungen der oeffentlichen Hand nicht nur wirtschaftlichen, sondern auch politischen Erfordernissen gerecht werden mussen, ist die Sicherstellung des oeffentlichen Interesses und der Effizienzsteigerung von zu optimierenden Rahmenbedingungen abhangig. Ausgehend von realitatsnahen Bedingungen wird untersucht, wie sich PPP-Unternehmen in Abhangigkeit von Umfang der Privaten Beteiligung, Ausmass des Wettbewerbes und den Eigenschaften des oeffentlichen Interesses verhalten. Im Ergebnis ergibt sich die Optimalsituation einer PPP bei Beherrschung durch den privaten Partner unter moeglichst starkem Wettbewerb am Gutermarkt bei von vornherein exakt formulierten oeffentlichen Interessen.

The postage location was in UK but came from the USA luckily it arrived in time as a present so just be mindful if need it quickly. Otherwise item as described and good price would recommend and purchase from again.
