Thoroughly bad experience, sent me the wrong item, I had to keep chasing them to send me a returns label. Got to Post Office to find the postage was only upto an item weighing 1kg, this was a 3kg duvet - I had to pay nearly £8 ��, on top of over £7 for packaging - I'm almost £16 out of pocket now ��. Asked them to refund me due to their 2 monumental mistakes - they refused & said I could get a discount on my next order ��. Do mot accept a returns label from the seller, go through 'eBay help'.
