I'm sorry you were unsatisfied with your purchase. These spools of fly tying thread are being sold below retail, at $1.99 each. I don't know why you would expect 12 spools for $1.99, when they typically cost $2.99 each. All of my items are returnable for refunds, you could have chosen that route and you would have received a refund.
