Art.9: DIRITTO DI RECESSO

9.1 Ai sensi dell'art.5 del Dlgs 22 maggio 1999, n.185, il cliente consumatore può esercitare il diritto di recesso, eccezione fatta per i beni venduti “su misura”, restituendo il bene ricevuto nel proprio originale imballaggio, senza manomissione di alcun sigillo di garanzia o semplice apertura e/o deterioramento dello stesso imballaggio esterno, ed ottenendo il rimborso del prezzo pagato.

9.2 Il consumatore che per qualsiasi ragione non si ritenesse soddisfatto dell'acquisto effettuato, ha diritto di recedere dal contratto stipulato, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi decorrenti dal giorno del ricevimento del bene acquistato. Il diritto di recesso dovrà essere esercitato nel rispetto delle condizioni inderogabili stabilite dalle aziende produttrici ed il diritto di recesso potrà essere esercitato purchè il bene non sia stato utilizzato.

9.3 Tutti i costi di ritorno dei prodotti sono a carico del cliente il quale, direttamente o tramite altro mezzo, provvederà alla consegna dei medesimi presso il domicilio del venditore; tutti gli articoli dovranno pervenire nelle medesime condizioni di ricezione, provvisti degli imballi originali e degli eventuali manuali e/o libretti di istruzione che facciano parte della confezione e dell'originario dell'imballaggio; non è consentito il rinvio della merce con altra modalità.

9.4 Per esercitare il diritto di recesso il cliente dovrà, entro il termine sopra indicato, inviare lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno al seguente indirizzo: Umberto Verdirosi, via A.del Cimento 103 – 00147 Roma. Entro lo stesso termine può essere inviato un telegramma o un fax al quale dovrà seguire entro 48 ore la suindicata lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento a conferma del manifesto recesso.

9.5 Vincenzo Aloisio SNC accetterà la merce resa riservandosi di constatare che i prodotti siano stati riconsegnati nello stato d'origine; solo in tal caso provvederà all'inoltro dell'importo versato dal consumatore per l'acquisto dei prodotti.

9.6 Le spese di trasporto sostenute per la consegna del prodotto al cliente e per l'eventuale riconsegna a Vincenzo Aloisio SNC non sono rimborsabili.
