The leg and knee pillow arrived on the last day of the estimated delivery window. There was 1 email to say it had been dispatched and offered a tracking service, however this service did not give me any info at all except to say it had been dispatched! I was quite relieved when it did actually arrive because I had begun to think it might not arrive due to lack of communication/tracking info! The item was well packaged. I find it extremely firm and hope it will soften after a few days use.
