    Feeling good

The book helps the reader to understand the distortions in his thoughts. Once the distortions are addressed, the reader is bound to feel good. The bottom-line is once you change the way you think, you change the way you feel. Dr. Burns also teaches the reader in the process of self talk...being kind to one self. The book also has extensive information about medications, which is helpful for patients as well as doctors.
