AVOID. Like others that I've read comments from in feedback about this seller, I paid for the better quality Dunlop brand totem tennis balls but was sent the far cheaper generic ones that I could have bought for 1/3 of the price on eBay. Not easy to get seller to take action until I lodged an item does not match description with eBay. Was offered a 10% discount from seller which was still way off actual coast of generic balls. Returned them and was refunded but not a good experience.

You were sent the Dunlop Brand, that is the only brand we sell, we offered a 10% Refund to keep you happy, but you wanted more, so we thought it best to get them returned. Once returned we did in deed confirm they were Dunlop.

That is an absolute lie. You sent me cheap generic balls and eBay and yourself agreed to the return because it was not what I paid for. Had you actually sent Dunlop branded ones there would not have been a problem. You are such a massive liar. I have photo's of everything. No wonder why you have so many bad reviews. You are dishonest. I don't think you should be banned on eBay.

Unfortunately with shipping issues outside of the sellers control I never received my parcel, however communication and investigations conducted by the seller were perfect, a refund prosessed in a timely manner even though it was not there fault! Cannot recommend this seller enough ❤️
