Seller never sent a tracking number even when asked very politely a number of times over a period of a few weeks. Item never arrived. No communication from seller at any point, all communications were ignored. I had a raise an item not received case when it did not turn up and they didn't even bother responding to that, eBay stepped in due to non-response. I wasn't going to leave feedback but the experience was so terrible that I thought to warn others.

Firstly I want to say a MASSIVE SORRY! Secondly, there has been a knock on of events which lead to us not knowing we had sales waiting to be actioned. This is no excuse, but we moved house so I turned off my Shopify website, which intern (I wrongly thought) had turned off my eBay store. A few other things happened but I don't have enough characters to detail here. I have tried to find past messages from you / contact you directly but for some reason I can't. I feel terrible and am so sorry again
