Item never arrived. No communication from seller at any point, all communications were ignored. I had a raise an item not received case when it did not turn up and they didn't even bother responding to that, eBay stepped in due to non-response. Secondly, there has been a knock on of events which lead to us not knowing we had sales waiting to be actioned. A few other things happened but I don't have enough characters to detail here. I have tried to find past messages from you / contact you directly but for some reason I can't.
