Promised to ship within a week of purchase, shipped 3 weeks late. Was not told conveyor would have to be assembled.(put legs on it) Could have shipped assembled. After MULTIPLE request for programming manual, emailed me a photo copy. Just needed to know how to program the conveyor controller and needed a user manual. Had to find manual myself, and program the unit to meet needs. This should be a NEGATIVE review but they seemed like very nice people. Their primary language is Spanish.
