These functioned fantastic as clipping diodes with great tonal characteristics. The rest were higher gain with moderate leakage and Im sure those would be fantastic! Excellent seller. The MP21D were a mix of two different lots manufactured in April 1980 and September 1985. Measured on a Peak DCA55, gain (hFE) ranged from 55 to 126, with an average of 89. Leakage was high for Soviet transistors (more comparable to western or Chinese transistors) and ranged from 70µA to 200µA, with an average of 120µA.
