Shipping time is a bit deceiving. As soon as a label is made, the item is considered shipped, even if it sits there a few days. For reference, I ordered an item from Japan the same day I ordered my pants. Something that comes from across the country should not take the same amount of time to arrive as something that comes from across the world. There was no communication whatsoever from the seller. Is that excellent customer service? At least the item was as described.
