It's just acetone.
Has a nice smell and will remove a lot of gooey things like chewing gum and light adhesives but has no effect on PVA or other glues.
Not completely rubbish but you can get the same results with nail polish remover.

You are misinformed it is NOT ACTONE but orange oil extract. Nail polish is acetone.
