    Considering the age of this film, the photography is extraordinary. This close up film of insects and insect life will keep you mesmerized. It is as though you are flying with the insects or going inside a flower yourself. It is appropriate for home entertainment and classroom use

    Microcosmos MY 7 YEAR OLD CALLS IT INSECTS

    WE BORROWED IT FROM THE LIBRARY. MY SEVEN YEAR OLD DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE IT BACK SO I BOUGHT IT FOR HIM ON EBAY. HE WATCHES IT OFTEN. IT'S ALMOST LIKE HE SEEMS TO THINK IT'S A CARTOON INSTEAD OF AN EDUCATIONAL VIDEO.

    Microcosmos (1997, VHS)

    The tape will benifit my class. I teach 2nd grade and the students will be learning about animals and their habitats. This will be a good tool to help them discover the animals living habits.
