Come si legge nel titolo e nella descrizione dell'inserzione sono chiaramente riportate il termine garanzia del produttore. Abbiamo proposto l'invio di cartucce in sostituzione senza ricevere risposta.

Hanno inviato inizialmente cartucce scadute nel 2020, poi le hanno sostituite ma una era difettosa... non si sono più fatti sentire e non rispondono più ai messaggi. Praticamente adesso non posso usare la stampante perché manca una cartuccia. Esperienza negativa!!!
