The clock was well packaged with bubble wrap, however the minute hand wasn't attached when it arrived and the time adjustment knob on the clock mechanism was damaged. Due to this I completed a return. I had to ask ebay to step in to actually get my refund which isn't a great customer experience. There was no apology from the seller for the all the inconvenience.
