Fits great. A after market grip will probably have the screw holes too deep and washers will have to be used because the screws will get in the way of the magazine. But the screws are perfect fit for the holes.

You can add a washer if the screws are too long in the case of aftermarket or old grips which have been compressed. However the proper way is to install the grips & screws without the magazine. Then take a small file to file them flush with the grip frame inside the magwell.
