Product did not securely fit on my stock roof rack and I sent them pictures showing them that. The product end caps don’t attach securely on both racks. I carefully individually wrapped all the parts and returned item through eBay app. The seller issued a 50% refund saying product was damaged. I am very dissatisfied with the product and disappointed the seller is choosing to be dishonest.
