I now have an issue with the product itself. the massager will only run for 10 minutes before cutting out . Run time should be 20 minutes and also not cutting out. So while it was a positive experience in one sense the product is faulty.

If you can afford I also suggest the foot/ back massager as that is the most relieving tool a person could have for themselves.
