The price is fair, the reparation time fast (around 2-3 days, excluding the 2 shipping), the vendor communication was excellent. Please note that if you are outside the US, you will have to pay the shipping to the vendor yourself, outside eBay (the shipping back from the vendor is included in eBay pricing). I 100 % recommend.

They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day. The whole process was 9 days !
