All hardware was included. No need to drill pilot holes or anything. I took the side skirts off my car to fit the extensions but it can easily be done on the car directly (my first time using self tapping screws). My car 2018 F36 looks amazing with these on, zero issues, problems, or additional steps needed with these at a fraction of the cost of other suppliers selling the same exact product.
