I received 2 delivery advises followed by a request to verify my address as the driver couldn't find it. I emailed a google picture link confirming my address but advised them to hold my parcel at the depot and advise me as I would collect it, which they did the next day. But that was a lie as an hour later it was left at the door in silence. Luckily I hadn't left to collect it. Total fools
