I've used those disks with glue on them in the past, and they always melt, and I've had my GPS fall so many times during during the worst times. I removed the suction mechanism and literally screwed it into my dash. If I have to remove it to sell the car, I doubt anybody will ever see the screw holes. That said, if the suction works on your dash, I think it would be a good choice.

I thought when I saw "free returns" I assume I would have to pay for shipping. Nope, they sent me a return address prepaid label so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. Turned the box in at the post office and by the time I got to my car, I got an email saying that my refund had been completed. Darn, what great service!
